Leonardo da Vinci Pilot-project N. 2004 N/04/B/PP 165.011 funded by the European Commission.

Universities of Norway, Germany, Rumania, Switzerland ans Spain participated in this research project whose primary objective was the development of a new set, motivador and innovating of packages of learning for technicians of Automatic based on Internet. In addition to for the technicians of Automatic, the system also developed is useful for the students of schools of secondary or superior where courses of introduction of automatic are distributed and process control by computer.

The developed materials incluye:

  • interactive remote experimentation on-line of physical equipment of real laboratories for the control of the level, temperature and pressure, position control of DC motors and movile robots, as well as the control of a scale model of trains based on PLCs
  • li> Motivating material and of industrial relevance that included innovating dynamic simulators, games and competitions.
  • Flexible repository based on Web to facilitate the access to the educational material.
